He also served as President of the Cincinnati Section of the Society of Applied Spectroscopy.
Ray obtained his B.S. degree in Chemistry (cum laude) from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 1974 and his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1977. He is currently Manager, Doctoral Recruiting and University Relations, at Procter & Gamble. He joined P&G’s Food Division after graduate school. Ray will retire from P&G this year.
