6:00 – 7:00 pm: Registration and Reception. Fruits and Vegetables, Cheese and Crackers. Beer, wine and soft drink bar.
7:00 – 8:00 pm: Buffet Dinner. Round of Beef Au Jus, Chicken Marsala, Roast Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, Sauteed Snow Peas, Assorted Breads and Rolls, Assorted Brownies and Cookies, Coffee. Vegetarian Lasagna available upon request.
8:00 – 9:00 pm: Presentation of the awards, lecture by Stephen J. Clarson
