5:30 – 7:00pm: Registration, Seton Center Lobby.
6:00 – 7:00pm: Social Hour, 5/3rd Dining Hall.
7:00 – 8:00pm: Dinner. Menu: Panko & Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in a White Wine Sauce, 3-Cheese Tortellini, Winter Green Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, Fresh Baked Rolls, and a Chocolate Torte with Creme Friache.
